The San Francisco County Catholic Churches are composed of five deaneries with a certain number of parishes.

The parishes that make up Deanery One consist primarily of those from San Francisco's Sunset District, Forest Hill, Parkside, Westwood Park, and Lakeside neighborhoods.
The parishes within Deanery Two are made up of those from the Bayview/Hunter's Point neighborhood, and the Excelsior District, Visitacion Valley, and Crocker Amazon, and Ingleside areas.
The parishes in Deanery Three consist of those from the Western Addition, Japantown, Haight-Ashbury, Richmond District, and Cow Hollow neighborhood.
The parishes of Deanery Four are located in San Francisco's Financial District, Chinatown, North Beach, Tenderloin District, and SOMA areas.
The parishes in Deanery Five are of the Mission District, Bernal Heights, Glen Park, Potrero Hill, and Noe Valley.
